FRSIC CONDUCTS BRIEFING ON IC INTERPRETATION 15 "AGREEMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF REAL ESTATE' (IFRIC 15) FOR MEMBERS OF THE REAL ESTATE AND HOUSING DEVELOPERS' ASSOCIATION MALAYSIA ("REHDA")

On 31 March 2010, the FRSIC Secretariat conducted a half day briefing session for members of the REHDA; elaborating principles of IFRIC 15, its application and impact on the real estate industry. The briefing was timely as IFRIC 15 will be effective for annual periods beginning on or after 1 July 2010 in Malaysia. The seminar was held at The Hyatt Saujana Hotel, Subang, Selangor and garnered a crowd of approximately 82 participants.
